Stopped at Bingham's this week on the way home from Upstate NY, have visited there many times over the years. Bingham's is a family restaurant serving all sorts of comfort food, though don't think I've ever actually had a meal there! 😛
It's conveniently located right off I-81 about 20 miles south of the NY border, with easy on and off the highway.
Was there for the other thing Bingham's is well known for - Pies!! They advertise the pies on billboards up and down 81. Have tried the Caramel Apple and Cherry Crumb but this time got my favorite one - Chocolate Peanut Butter pie. The filling has a mousse like texture and the chocolate is on top as a hard shell. Store in the refrigerator but let it sit out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before eating! 😋
