Was in South Jersey on Friday and stopped at a bakery I visited once before, don't get to this area very often. McMillan's is a fourth generation family owned bakery that's been open for 80 years. It's on busy Haddon Avenue right near the intersection with Cuthbert Boulevard.
Think they are best known for their donuts, but have a wide variety of baked goods and breads.
Got some donuts and a muffin plus a couple rolls. They are best know for their cream donuts and it did not disappoint. They cut open the donut and overstuff it with white cream as opposed to filling it like most donut shops. It was very fresh and delicious, the cream was sweet just to the point of being too sweet but not crossing that line. Also got a chocolate bismark, basically a frosted coffee roll which also was very good. And the rolls were also fresh and tasty, got onion and snowflake ones, sorry ate them before taking pictures! 😋
